ROUND ROCK, Texas — A wave of grief has moved through both the Round Rock and Austin communities following a tragic fatal shooting on Tuesday evening. The Round Rock Police Department has identified the victim as 26-year-old Taylor Longshaw of Austin, a young man whose life was cut short far too soon in an act of senseless violence along West Main Street.
