Officers were called around 8:30 p.m. and found Perrin with multiple gunshot wounds; CPR was started on the scene and he was rushed to Nebraska Medicine, where he was pronounced dead ¹. Friends and family remember Joshua as a loyal, kind‑hearted man who loved his community and spent his free time with loved ones.
