 The "history" behind the alleged ill-gotten luxury cars of controversial couple Curlee and Sarah Discaya, key figures in the multi-billion peso flood control scandal, enticed one of the winning bidders to secure one of their vehicles.



The bureau said it was expecting to collect a total of P103,865,125.97 if all seven Discaya-owned vehicles were sold.
